I love cookies, so when I was told no more wheat I was really upset. My friend shared this recipe with me and I love it. Hope you do too!
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 c. applesauce
- 2 c. oats
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins or chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined and the consistency of cookie dough.
- Place spoonfuls of mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes.
- Makes appx. 20 cookies.
